How Fast is VeePN?

VeePN calls itself a fast VPN, so we ran a speed test to see whether or not this is a genuine claim. We started off connected to a US server and experienced a download speed of 36Mbps, which is fast. This is fast enough for activities such as streaming and torrenting.

We only experienced slightly slow speeds during the speed tests when we connected to an Australian server. The download speed dropped to 29Mbps, which is by no means exceedingly slow, but was quite a drop compared to the US speed. However, we put this down to physical distance from the server and other factors which could have affected the speed, such as server load, network issues, and background programs on our device.

How Do I Uninstall VeePN?

If you’re not happy with the service VeePN provides, you can easily uninstall the VeePN app from your devices. To uninstall the mobile apps, simply remove them from your phone as you would with any other mobile app. Similarly, you just need to follow the simple steps to uninstall the software from your system.

However, uninstalling the VPN app and client doesn’t mean your subscription automatically cancels. To end your subscription during the current subscription period, users need to email [email protected]. However, your VPN plan won’t come to an end until the end of the current period; so if you have signed up for a 5-year plan, you will still have an active subscription for the time left on your plan.

How Does VeePN Compare to Other VPN Services?

VeePN is an excellent rival VPN service to other products on the VPN market. Not only can users get the service from as little as just over $1 per month, but the VPN offers advanced security and privacy protection, an extensive server network, and can unblock popular streaming sites, including Netflix US.
